Online Programs & Subscriptions Memberships

Refunds are not available for any of Dr. Teresa’s online programs, nor for subscription memberships where a payment has already been processed.

Events

To participate in your scheduled event, payment in full must have been received by the deadline prior to your event starting.

Products

Food Products and Cleanses – Please choose your products carefully. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Due to food health and safety reasons, returned products, even if unopened, cannot be re-sold.

eBooks + Online Masterclasses – Due to ebooks and online masterclasses being provided electronically via email, refunds are not available for these purchases. 

A choice of a refund, exchange or credit may apply where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
